Founder and Co-CEO
Chace Spillman
Chace Spillman is a former Brand Ambassador Agency CEO that serviced businesses ranging from Google to Casper. He is the current CEO of Arcadian American Farms, a farm advocacy and hospitality enterprise that services thousands of guests annually.
Since 2014, Chace has been a career entrepreneur and an active member of the cryptocurrency community. He helped shape the vision of AAFO and ARM through a successful grassroots collaboration with his partners and friends.
Chace currently focuses on expanding his family farm, his community, and his faith through regenerative land and wealth stewardship models. He lives and works with his wife and son on AAF's campus in Northeastern Arizona.

Brian Wasserman
Brian A. Wasserman was formerly Partner and the Director of Forensic Accounting Services at Janover Rubinroit, LLC. He is currently a retired Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University. From 1987 thru 1992, Brian worked for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewatershouseCoopers) where he first began his career. ​

From 1992 thru 1997, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer for a Wall Street investment banking firm, the General Partner of various family investment limited partnerships for a billionaire and the Treasurer of a publicly traded closed end mutual fund.

In 1997, Brian was a Founder, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Newtek Business Services, Inc. (“Newtek” – NASDAQ Symbol “NEWT”).

Brian is an active entrepreneur, business creator and currently operates his family office in New York. He guest lectures at universities on energetic entrepreneurship, flow states in business and the art of business alchemy. ​

Richard Plotka
Richard Plotka 30 years’ experience in working with systems and applications, data design, standardization, formatting and transmission.
As an analyst for real-time processing systems and an early adopter of EDI and other data transmission protocols I have developed award winning content to solutions for Granular Content Management and continue to innovate in the areas of disruptive technologies. As a Professor, I was awarded the David M. Darrin Counsellors Award, one of the most prestigious awards, awarded by students and faculty.
As a Consultant and IT professional, I have developed cutting edge solutions which have facilitated multiple companies to achieve dominance in their respective industries. As CEO, I turned a company built around one of my technologies, and within 5 years, sold it for 12x the value when I took over.​

Brian Callahan
Brian Callahan is a Lecturer in the Information Technology and Web Science program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His research covers fields such as cybersecurity and the digital humanities. He earned his Ph.D., also at RPI, in Science and Technology Studies.
He is the Director of the Rensselaer Cybersecurity Collaboratory and Co-Director of the Rensselaer Blockchain Center of Excellence, as well as the Lead Open Knowledge Developer, Lead Systems Administrator, and Chief Information Security Officer for the PECE Project, a leading international digital humanities research platform. Brian is a developer for the OpenBSD operating system, an amateur radio operator, and a professional bassoonist.

Morgan Drmaj
Morgan has built and supported dozens of businesses throughout his career, as an owner, investor, consultant and executive coach. Examples include PlumeSocial, eRational Marketing, and The Society International, a company led by New York Times bestselling writer Neil Strauss that, with his assistance, quadrupled revenues in 14 months.
In 2021, Morgan shifted focus from more traditional business models and joined ARM. He now spends his time focused on strategy and investment opportunities within decentralized finance. He lives and works in Los Angeles.
